Magnetic Liquid Traps

Magnetic Liquid Inline Traps are designed  and manufactured by Meiko Magnetics, to extract the ferrous materials from the slurry or liquid raw materials in order to purify the material in the production process. Numbers of permanent magnetic tubes filter the flow and extract the unwanted ferrous metal. The unit is simply connected to the existing pipeline via flanged or threaded ends. Simple and easy access is possible using the quick release lid. Cleaning of the magnets is easily accomplished by removing the cover plate of the housing and sliding out each magnet assembly.

Magnetic Liquid Traps are composed of  premium SUS304 or SUS316 stainless steel bucket and couples of super powerful neodymium magnetic tubes. It’s also called as Magnetic Liquid Filter, is used in fluid, semi-fluid and other fluid materials with different viscosity to remove iron impurities and other ferromagnetic particles for keeping the material clean and protecting the downstream production equipment.

The magnetic liquid traps could be connected to the pipeline flowing equipment or outlets port with several ways, flange couplings, screwed , quick installing ways or other jointed ways. When the iron-containing liquid or slurry passes through, it is attracted by the magnetic rod, and the ferrous substance is firmly hold on the surface of magnetic rods to ensure the integrity of the equipment and the safety of the product. The high-performed permanent neodymium magnets are greatly supportive to remove ferrule stuffs from your liquid processing of convey lines.
